To exercise this right, you must contact us at by.sall@hotmail.com . If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the clothing must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in its original condition with all labels and packaging. Read the other return conditions for the requirements. Please note that we cannot process your return if it does not meet our requirements. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided that the item(s) have already been returned in good order and meet all conditions.

we do not offer a guarantee on loops and/or hooks in crocheted sweaters and/or vests. We also do not offer a guarantee on holes or other defects that are not reported within 24 hours. All products must be unworn and in their original condition. pay attention to make-up stains, damage and/or strong odors. The costs for returning from your home to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. In addition, returned items are your responsibility until they arrive at us. This means that the risk of shipping is at your own expense. We are not responsible for your shipment. Always request a shipping receipt with track and trace code at the service point of your carrier.
